SHARK CONSERVATION
SAVE OUR SHARKS, WE SAVE OURSELVES
Shark conservation is the protection and preservation of shark species and their habitats to ensure healthy populations for the future. It involves addressing the many threats sharks face — from overfishing and bycatch to habitat destruction and the shark fin trade — and working to maintain the critical role they play in keeping ocean ecosystems balanced.
At Shark Guardian, we define shark conservation through our active campaigns against the shark fin trade and unsustainable shark fishing practices. Our work includes public awareness campaigns, educational programs for schools and communities, scientific research projects, global investigations and strong collaborations with other conservation organizations. We also support and initiate petitions and policy changes aimed at protecting sharks globally.
